I read every message myself, usually within 24 hours on weekdays. If you’d rather talk first, the fastest way in is a free 20-minute discovery call: scope, fit, and whether I’m the right person for the work. No slide deck.
If your site is underperforming, hard to maintain, or stuck mid-migration, use the form to send your scope. You’ll get a real reply with options and recommended next steps for WordPress development, technical SEO, or team training.
Who I work with
I take on three kinds of work:
- Local Niagara businesses where I can act as a long-term community partner on WordPress, SEO, and lead flow.
- Education and government teams running LMS, content operations, or WordPress at scale — the work I did at Yorkville and on Postmedia properties is the reference shape.
- Buyers who specifically want a senior WordPress practitioner — 19 years on WordPress, plugins shipped on .org, conference speaking, and references on request.
Not a fit: one-off quick fixes with no internal owner, or projects where I can’t get implementation access.
What to include in your message
- Your primary goal — more leads, faster delivery, better SEO, or training a team.
- Your timeline, including any fixed launch or training dates.
- Your current blockers, the tools you already use, and your team size.
That context lets my first reply be useful instead of a generic intake.
What happens next
- You send your project or training details through the form (or book a 20-minute call).
- I read it, think about it, and reply with options that fit your goals — not a sales pitch.
- If we’re a fit, we agree on scope, timeline, and a working plan. If we’re not, I’ll tell you and point you somewhere better.
Response window: usually within 24 hours on weekdays. If your request is urgent, put your deadline in the first line of the message.
