Each subject runs as a short ladder: start where you are, finish able to do the work yourself. No jargon, no assumed knowledge at level 101, and real time for your own questions.

Common questions
Do you train on-site, online, or both?
All three. On-site workshops run at your office across the Niagara region, live remote classes run over video for people in different places, and self-paced online courses let you learn on your own schedule. You pick whichever fits how your team actually works.
Can you train my whole team at once?
Yes, and it is often the best value. An on-site workshop is built for a team learning the same tool together, at your pace and on your own files. Tell me what your team does and what you want them able to do afterward, and I will build the session around that.
How much does training cost?
Each program is priced by level and shown on its own page, starting at $750. A private on-site workshop for a whole team is quoted per session, based on the group size and the scope. You will always know the number before anything is booked.
Which level should I start at?
Start where you are. The 101 level assumes no prior knowledge, and each level after it builds on the last, so you join at the one that matches what you already do. If you are unsure, tell me what you currently do with the tool and I will point you to the right level.
Training a team?
If you have a group who all need the same skills, I can build a private session around your work and your files, at your level. Tell me what your team does and what you want them to be able to do afterward, and I will put together a plan.
