At $6,000+ the build is large enough that the pre-check shape is not deep enough to scope the work cleanly. The mid-tier audit produces a 10–15 page report covering the technical, content, and conversion surface of the current site.

  • Everything in the pre-check audit — site inventory, DNS, basic technical SEO, hosting, content-model review.
  • A deeper technical-SEO and content audit. Indexability, schema, internal-link architecture, Core Web Vitals on the templates that matter, content gaps against the service lines you sell.
  • An analytics and conversion review. What is being measured today, what should be, where the existing site is losing enquiries, and what the new build needs to capture.
