Microsoft Project training delivered at E.S. Fox in late July 2019. Project is a less-common Microsoft Office training topic than Excel or Word, and the audiences for it are usually narrower: people who actually run scheduled work with dependencies and resource constraints.
The training covered project structure, dependency logic, the rhythms of how a Gantt chart should be maintained week to week, and the small disciplines that decide whether a Project file remains useful or quietly drifts into wallpaper.
