One-day Microsoft Excel training delivered for the Continuing Education Students’ Association at Ryerson University in mid-September 2018. The audience was continuing-education learners — working adults studying alongside the day-program student body, often with their own day jobs and their own reasons for being in a CE program.
CE student audiences are some of the most engaged rooms a trainer gets to walk into. People who are paying for the time tend to value the time, and an Excel session for that kind of cohort moves quickly because the questions come faster.
