  • A current-site inventory and content-model review. What lives where, what is duplicated, which content types should be promoted and which should retire.
  • A workflow and roles assessment. Who publishes, who reviews, where bottlenecks sit today, and what the team is working around on the current site.
  • A technical-SEO and performance baseline. Indexability, schema, Core Web Vitals on the production templates, internal-link architecture, and the structural items that have eroded.
  • An integration audit. The CRM, marketing automation, scheduling, or identity-provider integrations the new build has to land — what works today, what fails, and what the data-flow story should be.
  • A written 10–15 page report that survives being passed to a partner or governance committee.
