Ferrero brought the Smart Office training back in February 2020, a few weeks before the world changed shape. Three threads of work in February, then the engagement closed out before the broader pivot to remote-everything began.
The 2020 sessions built on the 2019 program: different cohorts, similar curriculum, tightened delivery. Repeat-year engagements with the same client tend to lose the orientation overhead and get straight to the actual work, which is a better experience for the room as well as a more efficient one for the instructor.
