The DB Schenker engagement that began in 2018 expanded substantially in 2019. Excel 1 returned, Microsoft Excel Intermediate ran multiple cohorts, and the year’s work stretched from mid-March into late May.
A second year of training with the same client is a different teaching relationship from a first year. The instructor knows which examples land for that team, which workflows are sensitive, which roles ask the hardest questions. The training tightens without losing what made it useful the first time.
This engagement was one of the larger ones in the broker-network corporate training cycle of the late 2010s, and DB Schenker’s repeat booking remains one of the clearer proof signals that the work landed.
