Live, instructor-led team training that turns into adopted practice — not a slide deck nobody reopens.

Delivery style: Live facilitation, hands-on team exercises, real-world Q&A drawn from the room

I run training for teams of six to twelve who need to change how they work, not just sit through a session. The day is built around your team’s actual responsibilities. Exercises map to work they’ll do next week. Q&A pulls from the room, not a script. The point is what your team can do on Monday morning that they couldn’t do on Friday.

Who this is for

  • Teams of six to twelve with a real adoption goal — a measurable change in how the team works after the session, not a compliance checkbox.
  • Leaders managing delivery quality who need consistent process behaviour from contributors at multiple sites, branches, or regions.
  • Organisations onboarding or upskilling on WordPress, LMS platforms, or internal operational tooling where the gap between “trained” and “doing it well” is where money leaks.
  • Teams that want active learning rather than passive webinar attendance — discussion, exercises, and applied work, with the instructor in the room.

What changes after training

  • A consistent baseline. Participants operate from a shared framework and shared vocabulary.
  • Higher execution quality. Fewer errors from interpretation gaps between team members.
  • Faster decisions. Direct access to instructor guidance during live delivery, not a ticket queue afterwards.
  • Immediate applicability. Exercises built around live team responsibilities, not generic case studies.

Current courses available

The list below is pulled from the live published Training programs, so this page always reflects the current catalog.

Currently Available Courses

Note: Level 4 is delivered as a 2-day course.

Custom curriculum work outside the standard catalogue — bespoke materials, multi-week programs, train-the-trainer engagements — bills at $275 an hour. Most teams start with a catalogue course and layer custom work in once the fit is clear.

How engagement works

  1. Discovery call (twenty minutes, free): team goals, level, format, timeline. You leave with a one-page training plan tailored to your team — yours to keep regardless of whether you book delivery.
  2. Delivery plan: course track, class structure, logistics, and any pre-work confirmed in writing.
  3. Live delivery: instructor-led session(s) with active participation and Q&A.
  4. Post-session summary: written follow-up with adoption recommendations and next steps the team can act on immediately.

For multi-day programs, custom curriculum, or train-the-trainer work, the right opening conversation is the sixty-minute scoping call — you leave with a written scope and a fixed-tier estimate.

Onsite or remote — pick the format that fits the team

Same instructor, same instructional discipline, same outcomes. The format choice is logistics, not quality.

Onsite training

$2,500 per day

In-person facilitation when the room itself is part of the value — discussion, exercises, and Q&A land harder when everyone is together. Travel within the Niagara region is included; travel and accommodation beyond Niagara are billed at cost.

Book onsite training

Remote training

$1,800 per day

Live instructor-led delivery for distributed teams or anywhere travel lead time would slow the rollout. Same active learning model, no travel costs, faster to schedule. Delivered across Canada and beyond.
