The City of Hamilton brought me in for training in the late summer and early fall of 2017, the start of what would become a multi-year relationship with the municipal staff there.

Public-sector teaching has its own texture. Municipal staff carry the work of running a city; the training has to fit into the day they will still be running tomorrow.
