Let’s talk about your project.

Two ways in, and both land with me directly. Not a sales desk, not a triage queue, not a CRM sequence.

What helps me reply with something useful

The more you can give me up front, the less back-and-forth before I can tell you whether I’m the right person and what the right entry point is. You don’t need all of it; tell me what you know and I’ll ask the rest on the call.

  • The URL of your site, or the platform you’re on if it isn’t WordPress yet.
  • What’s actually broken, slow, or stuck, in your own words.
  • Your timeline, and whether a deadline or event is driving it.
  • A rough sense of budget, or whether you’re still building the case.

What this costs

Project minimums tell you faster than rates whether the shape fits: delivery engagements typically start at $5,000, and advisory blocks at four hours. Hourly is $275 for senior development and $425 for advisory and architecture, and what it buys is my attention from the brief through to launch, with no handoff to a build team and no junior on the keyboard. The services page has the full breakdown.

Where I’m not the right fit

I’d rather tell you up front than waste a week of your time. I’m almost certainly the wrong call if the decision is being made on price, if the work needs to wrap inside two weeks, if there’s no decision-maker on your side who owns the outcome, or if WordPress isn’t your primary platform. In those cases you want someone whose day is built around your stack, not mine, and I’ll usually point you to one.

What happens after you send

I read it the same day it lands and reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. The reply is from me, in plain language: either a clear “yes, here’s how I’d approach this” with rough scope and a number, or an honest “this isn’t my lane, here’s who I’d call instead.” If your timeline is genuinely urgent, put the deadline in the first line and I’ll flag it.

Not sure yet? The case studies are the fastest read, the about page is the longer version of how I work, and services covers the shape of what I do. Reviewing for procurement or compliance? The security page answers most questions without a call.
