If it doesn’t arrive in five minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Reset emails sometimes land there the first time, and once you mark one as “not spam” they tend to behave from then on. If it is still missing after ten minutes, email hello@thisismyurl.com and I’ll get you in by hand.
If you just remembered your old password before the reset email arrives, you can still use it — nothing changes until you actually pick a new one on the reset screen.
