The call lands on my Cal.com — pick a 20-minute slot that works for you and I will be on the other end. The form below goes straight to me — not a sales desk, not a triage queue. Either way I read it, and either way the reply is from me, usually inside one business day, Monday to Friday.
What helps me reply with something useful
The more of this you can give me up front, the less back-and-forth before I can tell you whether I am the right person:
- The URL of the site, or the platform you are on if it is not WordPress yet.
- What is actually broken, slow, or stuck — in your own words, not mine.
- A rough sense of budget and any deadline you are working against.
What this costs
Project minimums first, because they tell you faster than rates whether the shape fits. Delivery engagements typically start at $5,000, and advisory blocks start at four hours. Hourly rates are anchored at the top of this page — what they buy is senior-dev attention from the brief through to the launch, with no handoff to a build team and no junior on the keyboard.

Where I am not the right person
I would rather tell you up front than waste a week of your time. I am almost certainly the wrong fit if your delivery budget is under $5,000, or if the advisory budget is under $1,500. Same goes for projects that need to wrap inside two weeks — I cannot give them the attention they deserve. If the message is “build me a website” and there is no decision-maker on your side who actually owns the outcome, the project will stall before it ships, and I have learned to pass on those. And if WordPress is not the primary platform, you want someone whose day is built around your stack, not mine.
What happens after you send the form
I read it the same day it lands and reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. The reply is from me, in plain language — either a clear “yes, here is how I would approach this” with rough scope and a number, or an honest “this is not my lane, here is who I would call instead.” If your timeline is genuinely urgent, put the deadline in the first line of the message and I will flag it.
