My journey began in the mid-90s, bridging the gap between analog darkrooms and early digital design tools. Today, as a consultant based in Niagara Falls, Ontario, I help organizations navigate complex digital landscapes by building platforms that are accessible, scalable, and impactful.

My career started with a focus on core software engineering and graphic communication at companies like Corel Corporation and the Government of Canada. These early years taught me that behind every successful digital product is a robust foundation. This philosophy drives my approach to Custom WordPress Development, where I move beyond standard templates to engineer enterprise-grade PHP solutions that solve real business problems.

Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Scaling

In 2009, I founded Rodonic Corporation, where I led a remote team in developing high-traffic applications for international media giants. Working with WordPress VIP environments for the news and entertainment industries required a relentless focus on speed and stability. This experience shaped my expertise in Performance Optimization, specifically for high-concurrency environments and low-bandwidth regions where every kilobyte matters.

Redefining Digital Learning

Throughout my tenure as Director of Corporate Technology at Yorkville University and my current role at Sherwin-Williams, I’ve seen firsthand how the “Engagement Gap” can stall organizational growth. I specialize in Digital Learning Architecture—the art and science of designing systems that actually work for the people using them.

My work in this space is diverse, covering:

• Higher Education: Developing Learning Management Solutions (LMS) for dozens of schools and managing digital security for tens of thousands of students.
• Corporate Learning Management: Integrating customized WordPress-powered LearnDash environments with enterprise tools like SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to streamline workforce development.

A Mission of Digital Equity

I am a firm believer that technology should be an equalizer, not a barrier. Much of my work involves Technical Training & Mentorship, particularly for remote, Indigenous, and underserved communities. Whether I’m live-streaming training or mentoring internal teams, my goal is to provide the skills and tools necessary for community growth through accessible education.

Education & Expertise

I hold a degree in Computer Science and am currently completing my Master of Arts in Learning and Technology at Royal Roads University. This academic background, combined with decades of “in-the-trenches” development, allows me to offer a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical technical expertise.
