Connect IFTTT and SurveyMonkey to manage new surveys and track responses. You can share with teams, or add new contacts to survey lists automatically.
Connecting SurveyMonkey to IFTTT allows you to automate your data collection and analysis process. This tutorial will show you how to do this.
Step 1: Sign up for an IFTTT account
Create an IFTTT account if you don’t already have one. This will enable you to access the IFTTT platform, which allows you to create “recipes” (automated tasks) to help you manage your data collection and analysis process.
Step 2: Connect your SurveyMonkey account
Once you’ve created your IFTTT account, log in and go to the “My Services” page. Then, search for “SurveyMonkey” in the search bar and click “Connect” to authorize IFTTT to access your SurveyMonkey account.
Step 3: Create a “recipe”
Now that you’ve connected your SurveyMonkey account to IFTTT, you can start creating recipes to automate your data collection and analysis process. To do this, click the “New Recipe” button on the IFTTT dashboard.
Step 4: Choose a trigger
The first step in creating your recipe is to choose a “trigger”. This is the event that will trigger the recipe. For example, you can choose “when a new response is received” as your trigger.
Step 5: Choose an action
The next step is to choose an “action”. This is the task that will be performed when the trigger is activated. For example, you can choose “send an email” as your action, which will send an email whenever a new response is received.
Step 6: Customize your recipe
The final step is to customize your recipe. This is where you can adjust the settings of the trigger and action. For example, you can specify which email address to send the email to, or what data to include in the email.
Step 7: Activate your recipe
Once you’ve customized your recipe, click the “Create Recipe” button to save it. Your recipe is now ready to be activated. To do this, simply go to the recipe page and click the “On” switch to activate it.
That’s it! You’ve now connected your SurveyMonkey account to IFTTT, and you can start automating your data collection and analysis process.
